Ed-Website.jpgEd Guanill Ed joins Springer Financial Advisors as a Senior Financial Advisor & Retirement Planning Specialist with 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Ed’s career began in 1997 in the banking and merchant acquiring sector. Ed served as Director of Business Development & Mergers and Acquisitions, where he was responsible for the management of more than $92 million in revenue. Today, Ed helps our clients prepare for retirement using sound financial principals. His focus is on showing clients who are in the retirement red zone how to achieve their financial goals by protecting and shielding their assets from market risk, while earning competitive rates of return and providing a guaranteed income stream they can never outlive in retirement.
Becky-Website.jpgBecky Altman is Springer Financial Advisors’ Operations and Office Manager. Earlier, Becky worked as a licensed workers’ compensation claims adjuster in Alaska for ten years. Since returning to Sacramento in 2006, she has also obtained her life insurance license. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and bird watching.
Colby-PhilbinColby Philbin works in Investor Relations at Springer Financial Advisors. He is the initial point of contact for those requesting information and services from SFA; and is also in the training program to become an Advisor. Colby also acts as a para planner and works closely with the advisors in client portfolio analysis and services. Born and raised in Sacramento, Colby attended Rio Americano High School. After, he moved on to play football at Santa Barbara City College before graduating from University of California, Santa Cruz, with a degree in Economics and an emphasis in accounting.

Nicole is the primary contact for all client account needs and ensures that all processing work is being done efficiently. She has 8 years of experience in the banking/finance industry, previously working for Chase.
Sophia-Website.jpgSophia Herrera is the Web Content Specialist & Public Relations Director at Springer Financial Advisors and is responsible for maintaining the companies websites and blog, including content management & graphic design; as well as planning for special client events and workshops. Sophia is from the Bay Area, but a recent graduate of California State University, Sacramento where she received a BS in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. When she isn’t at work, you will find her running, enjoying road trips, and spending time with her beagle Charley.
